smartwatch 2 bluetooth connection

My bluetooth connection with the smartwatch 2 gets lost all the time, every couple of minutes. I use an Xperia Z1 compact. I just bought the smartwatch and the connection gets lost immediately. Please help me out !

unpair your SW2 and re-pair it, if that doesn't work then contact your local Xperia Care

Welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

You may also want to try removing the SmartWatch 2 apps from the handset and then attempting a redownload and retry.

Can you also clarify if the Bluetooth seems to stop on the handset or does only the connection not seem to work.

Last time I bought a Sony product. Every 2 minutes the watch vibrates and connection gets lost, also on the handset. Get your act together Sony because the previous watch was also not good with the connection. But this one is even worse, unuseable.

Got the exact same problem here. Tried everything from resetting the watch to removing all apps and download them again. Also tried a bluetooth app with prioitises the watch, still doesn't work. I've got no trouble with my carkit system connecting to my phone. So the problem has to be watch, any ideas? Thinking of sending it back too now..
