    <description>hello guys i have been using a sony Z2 for less than 6 months now and im experiencing the following thing with it *** when taking videos in normal or 4k mode before 5min the phone is extremely hot and shuts the camera app off and displays a messsage that says your experia needs to cool down why is it that i can not take videos for more than 5min without having heating problems since now i know the problem with it and aking the phone to the supplier i know it will come back with the same problem, so wnat is the supplier doing about this issue because R11000 is alot of money for a product that does this and its also having performance issues and now its own diagnosis its not working sony please resolve this issue for me</description>

      <description>That's normal, recording on4K its quite demanding, it's normal that the phone will heat up</description>

      <description>Anyway it should be able to shoot 4K for at least about 8 minutes! I usually can take about a 10 minutes video on 4K! And it's NOT normal operation of the camera! 4K recording requires a lot of power! So the phone heats up! Z2 is very good in that manner because even the GS5 which is made of plastic which should be able to disperse heat more efficiently than glass or metal, cannot record more than 5 minutes in 4K&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Are you sure you have an updated device!? Because this issue was there in some old firmwares!! Check whether your build number is 23.0.1.A.0.167! That's the latest firmware and if you do not have installed it, update your phone and see! It should solve the problem!</description>
