it gets better, apparantly Motorola x is having issues with exchange server, so motorola decided to give out complimentary licenses for the TouchDown Exchange app available in the Android market. I will never stop, hoping perhaps who ever is in charge for SE would learn one day how important it is to satisfy your customers. Guess what is my next phone going to be? i was thinking about a samsung, but after witnessing motorola's customer support, i am going to them.

for now i keep suffering with this SonyEricsson company, you never know, perhaps someone gets fired and the customers become a focus again.

http://phandroid.com/2010/08/10/issues-with-exchange-on-the-droid-x-motorolas-giving-you-touchdown-for-free/
