phone completely messed up.

Out of nowhere last night all the apps on my phone wouldn't work and i would get The unfortunately the app stopped messages for every single app, now my phone keeps on restarting itself and it wont stop. Whenever it does stop i can't use any app because they all force close. What do i do?

Maybe i would if my phone wouldn't stop restarting.

Performing a system repair does not require the phone to be switched on - This will factory reset your phone

Switch off your phone and unplug from Pc (Hold volume up and power for around 10 seconds)
Start PC Companion and select Support zone then Update my phone/tablet then in Blue Repair my phone/tablet and follow the onscreen instructions - When prompted connect your phone still switched off holding volume down or back button - This should start the repair or reformat process

If you are using Windows 8/8.1 or a 64bit operating system then adjust the settings for PC Companion and run in compatibility mode and chose Windows 7 or XP

Press and hold power and volume up for 10 seconds, connect your phone to a wall charger for 2 hours, do NOT turn it on, repair your phone with PCC

PC Companion freezes on me whenever i click the little blue link for repair.
