phone calls.hangs when using dual sim

Hello guys, i hve t2 ultra dual as i has dual sim option bt whenever i use dual sims my phone hangs during the calls. Also the voice quality become low whenever i uses. Durung a call it tend dat the phone has weak network and voice cuts during the calls. Bit whenever i ises single sim....no issues with the voice and call quality. I also visited services 4 tyms....no solution has been provided except rebooting the phone.

Does rebooting help? what if you reboot on safe mode? if that doesn't work then repair your phone with PCC and do NOT install any app and test your phone for 3 hours w/o installing apps

I already did it....used the phone in safe mode for almost 3 days.. Stil d same.problem

Try PCC, if that doesn't work then contact your local Xperia Care

Also visited to the service for 4 times....dey do nothing except rebooting or installing new softwares

Repair your phone with PCC > DO NOT install any app > test your phone for 2 to 3 hours > report back

No phone is nt slow bt smtyms hangs a little wen playing high end games..bt it regularly hangs wenevr i make calls while using both sim cards...bt wenevr using single sim...its jst superb
