I don't understand this post

1. your phone doesn't work bc the USB flap/cover came off?

2. your Xperia doesn't work bc of 1. and you have exposed your phone to water ?

3. I don't understand how or why you consider "bull beep harassment on customer" if you or while using your phone the USB flap/cover came off, under regular circumstances it would NOT happen, you will have to pull it or get it stuck somewhere and pull your phone, which make sense that you, the owner, pay for it, but with that said, you can buy the part online, check ebay or other websites.
