“Could not open connection to server”

We have two Z2 tablets and for the last 48 hours have not been able to connect to the server www.sony.net. It is not a WiFi problem - other devices in the house are OK eg Apple iPad. WiFi checker shows a 5.2 error.

The sony.net website is accessible on my PC (interesting to note that their Recent News Release page makes no mention of their troubles with the North Koreans!)

Is anyone else having this problem?

Welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

I have tried connecting to this website through multiple devices and have had no issues connecting to this website. Are you able to test this again today to clarify?

Our problem was immediately solved by rebooting WiFi booster - I was confused byther WiFI Checker test which indicated no problem with the router (Virgin Superhub).
