    <description>&lt;P&gt;Oh, every other app understands them well as m3u8, AIMP on pc, MX palyer, poweramp trial, etc.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I just like Walkman App. It's kinda cute... Even though it doesn't have a QUARTER of poweramp's functionality. But at least it's free. And I'm broke. So broke... Sigh.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Khm. Playlists are totally fine.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;So, I'm using walkam app 8.5.A.0.6 on Xperia SP (official 4.3).&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;I put some &lt;STRONG&gt;*.m3u8&lt;/STRONG&gt; (they contain Kanji and Cyrillic fille names) playlists on SD card and.. they appear empty in Walkman!&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;Simply renaming them into &lt;STRONG&gt;*.m3u&lt;/STRONG&gt; fixes the problem, so it's not an encoding problem.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;But that's not a... good procedure. Extension of file should correspond to it's UTF-8 content IMHO.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
