scr24 not showing small window

I have just received the cover scr24 for my new Z3. The cover was working fine for one hour or so but now when closing the cover nothing happens, no mini window is shown and the normal screen stays unchanged visible fromy the hole of the cover. Instead it worķs the mechanism to wake up the screen when the cover is opened. I tried to remove and install again the style cover app but no luck. Not clear if we have some additional setup.

What I have to do?

That's odd, do you have any antivirus or taskiller? stamina mode on?

The phone is new, received 3 days ago with the preinstalled apps. When powered on it is auto updated. Build version 23.0.1.A.5.77 android 4.4.4. Stamina has been started today so it cannot be the reason. An antivirus version 4.0.2 is preinstalled

Disable the antivirus, restart your phone > check again

I have removed avg and restarted the phone but still not working.

Try rebooting on safe mode.

It may possible be some kind of hardware issue you might want to contact Sony Xperia Support and see if they can help.
