      <description>And to make sure that's the smaller button right? I did that and the screen remains the same the whole time.although my phone says it's disconnected the screen on my watch is the same.</description>

      <description>Version 2.0069 the only thing i can think of is its trying to update, and i dont have wifi at work. Just my phone data. Maybe it won't update unless it has wifi</description>

      <description>You can try resetting itby, Turn off your SmartBand Talk.Then Press and hold down both the power key and the volume up and down keys at the same time until you feel three short vibrations followed by one longer vibration, then release the keys.</description>
