I haven't been able to find sunlight mode, double tap should be theater mode, triple tap sunlight mode, also if you can swipe down then swipe right to left and you should see theater mode but sunlight its missing.

I don't think Sunlight mode is needed on the SW3, as it has a transflective screen, which is viewable fine in sunlight (I know, because the SW2 also has this)
