Problems with Xperia with facebook

I have a problem with the new update my xperia e1 with the compilation 20.1.A.2.13 and I can not install the application on facebook from the play store and this one is downloaded but can not install because it says the application is not compatible with upgrade if anyone can tell me to do I would appreciate

If the app is not compatible then you need to get in touch with the developer and pass on this info

With the information supplied, I can advise that you will first need to perform a software repair on this device. Please follow the instructions below.

Please backup your content before performing this task.

1. Download the PC Companion software from PC Companion and install it on your PC.

2. Install and open PC Companion then select Support Zone.

3. Phone Software Update.

4. Start.

5. Repair Phone

6. Continue

7. Accept data removal

8. Next

9. Wait for prepare

10. Select Phone

11. Follow the connection steps
