screen don't work

My left and right sony screen can't be touch and only on a middle also can be touch.The effect is i can't make a pattern line..any solution for it?..

That seems to be a hardware issue, contact your local Xperia Care

Hi Jayson,

You could attempt a software repair on the device, but it is likely going to be hardware, and contacting customer support would be the option. I have supplied instructions anyway for you.

1. Download the PC Companion software from PC Companion and install it on your PC.

2. Install and open PC Companion then select Support Zone.

3. Phone Software Update.

4. Start.

5. Repair Phone

6. Continue

7. Accept data removal

8. Next

9. Wait for prepare

10. Select Phone

11. Follow the connection steps

Ok..but how to do that?..because my phone can't detect a touch screen and can't inserted a pattern line?..

Turn off the phone and follow @Jake-SonyXperiaSupport 's advice
