Good evening, esteemed members of this forum! What factors can raise crashes (in general) in Sony phones? They derive from non-conformities of manufacturing or errors made by the users? What to do in such situations?

That's a good question and a bit complicated, if users disable apps/services it could create other issues, such as constant crashes, also intrusive apps such as taskillers, antivirus, ram boosters, etc could create this and other issues. Other problems could be a buggy app update.
