    <description>That is weird.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Anyway,you should contact your local Sony Xperia for help.I think this is more to sofware related problems.But this is just an assumption.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="http://support.sonymobile.com/global-en/contactUs/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;http://support.sonymobile.com/global-en/contactUs/&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Maybe they are going to software reset your phone.Just maybe though</description>

      <title>Z2 doesn´t turn on</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So yesterday I connected my Z2 to a regular headphone jack and few seconds later the phone turned off.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now it can´t turn it on if i try to turn it on it shows the regular boot (sony xperia shows up) and the the screen goes black.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tried to repair it with pcc but on the stage that i should connect the usb cable to the phone and press the down button nothing happens.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So what to do??????&amp;nbsp;&lt;IMG class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://community.sony.lt/html/images/smilies/044.png" alt="Neutral_Face" title="Neutral_Face" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I've seen suggestions in which leaving the phone connected to a charger for few hours might help, you can try that.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Yea i would repair it with pcc but I can´t because it doesn´t work. When you are trying to repair it and you get to the stage that says to turn your phone off and when connecting it back you should press volume down button when I do this nothing happens and the black screen back also it doesn´t automatically go to the next stage. &lt;SPAN class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":confused_face:"&gt;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":confused_face:"&gt;😕&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I had it charging to full battery and tried to repair it again but the same thing happens.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;So i charged to full battery and tried to repair it with pcc and at the stage connecting the phone to the computer and pressing volume down the phones screen is still black and the notification led goes red and then immidietly green and then turns off and after that nothing happens...&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
