    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Its been nearly 6 months no reply this is how you treat your sony customers.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've bought SBH80 from oversea and been used it for 3 weeks but afterwhile there were problems about Bluetooth connection:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I was listening&amp;nbsp;to the music and put my xperia Z1 or ipad or any other device in my jeans the connection was very unstable the song dropped many times.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This including the phone call.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've test with many bluetooth devices and indicates that the problem was from SBH80.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there any Diagnose method to this problem? What should I do?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I had this problem for a while now. Sony service centers won't repair it since i'm already out of warranty and they only replace accessories with warranty.</description>
