problem with changing navigation bar

I install one of new sony xperia theme and use it.

from what it said my navbar should have changed too(too mickey mouse hand or whatever),

but my navbar is still the same,all 3 buttons.

Is there any way to fix this problem.

I don't mind the simple navbar but I just want them to work properly as they should be

I only the original buttons as in the picture

We have the same problem with the navigation bar. I already emailed sony about it somehow they suggested to have the phone be checked by a sony technician but im hesitant because there is really nothing wrong about the phone its just the navigation bars wont change according to the theme.
