The problem which I faced was whenever I connect the phone to charge from AC adapter I get a message in which mode I need to connect the phone (mass storage/pc suite/media transfer) instead of simply charging. The battery is not getting charged even if I connect to USB or the AC adapter. I switched off the phone &amp; connected to AC adapter where the phone appeared to be charging but it was not.</P><P></P><P>I took it to sony ericsson service shop &amp; the technician came up saying that it has some problem with the motherboard &amp; it needs to be replaced. Can I trust him &amp; go for the change in motherboard ? When I asked him how do I get to know it's been replaced he said the IMEI no. will be changed. Is it true ?
