But i can hear the sound&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anybody have this problem. Pls help&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Video application takes more time to load. Its not a problem. If you feel that its a problem then try transfering the video to your pc and see whether the problem is found on your pc too. If pc too shows the same problem, then the phone camera has to do something with it. If not don't worry its just a loading problem due to less available memory on the phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

You must be having a lot of programs running on the phone. Use an application named Mini Task Manager available free on Android Market to kill all unwanted programs that are running and try again.
