Normally when you are locked out of your phone by the Sony Ericsson pattern lock, the only way to get around it is to do a repair/reset via Sony Ericsson Update Service. This will wipe your phone back to factory settings so you will lose all the info on there. Hopefully you have saved or synced your contacts. Any apps from the market can be reinstalled. (there is a cheat that sometimes works, type 'null' in as your password when being asked for your google account, give this a go before you try anything else)

I don't know whether this will solve your problem as it is a third party application you have downloaded from the market that has locked you out. Perhaps you can contact the developer and ask them, you should be able to find the app on Appbrain or Androidzoom and pick up the developer from there.
