It is very sensitive and any dirt can enable it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There is also a possibility that a 3rd party app is involved.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Everytime when I make or get a call or listen to WhatsApp Audio message my screen turns off and can't turn it on untill the call/message is over. What should I do? Xperia XZ</description>

      <description>I have the same problem. I know it has something to do about a sensor that are supposed to detect when you have your phone next to your ear. But i hope someone knows how to fix it.</description>
