    <description>&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately, here in Philippines even if i am not on a package, period, or data subscription, my network which is globe offer free data, i think the problem lies on the phone itself, as it started to occur after updating my phone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
