Outgoing and incoming calls are impossible, consisting of no sound from receiver on making a call (now ringing sound in ear) to incoming calls (phone lights up and states whose calling but no ring tone plus if I answer a call there is no sound at all)</P><P>3.i have hard reset my divide via Sony companion in hopes it was a software problem....
