Hi, when making a call if I put it on speaker no sound comes out at all, the volume in general for ring tones etc is very low although it's turned up full. The speaker works to play music or video's

Hi, same issue here. During the last days of use, my speaker stopped working during calls. I restored the software via Xperia Companion, but nothing changed.

During a normal use (playing music, ecc..) the speakers work as his best.

The receiving and transmitting loudspeakers work very poorly during a conversation, the audible signal for connecting to another person is not very loud. In the settings everything is in full. Regards
