the phone seems to not function correctly didnt wont to have to go through a reset

can you describe the problem you are having with the device?

can you try to boot to safemode, long tap the power off option.

does the problem still continue?

Hi I've had to reset my phone to previous backup.

Haven't installed the new update that has accessibility. Done a reset and booted in safe mode still had issues with scrolling to apps etc. Thanks for stopping by

have you tried doing a software repair using the Xperia companion App?

i see that you have modified original software by flashing, have you tried checking on in XDA forums for more information?
