XZ Warpage

To my surprise today I realize my XZ wont sit flat on table, rocking at 2 diagonal corner.

At first I thought is the table being not flat, but I tried different surface and table it appear the same 2 diagonal corner is rocking. And just seeing by eye from the side of the phone, clearly it is warp. My phone did not have any external damage and looks like new.

Hi @KangYoonW, I am sorry to hear about this.

It sounds like your phone is bent slightly. There's not much else you can do but contact your local support team to arrange an assessment.
