Hi @Uysalkevser, welcome to our forum and I'm sorry to hear about this.

Is it the physical volume buttons on the side of your device that is not working after updating to Android 8.0? If that is correct, have you tried testing them in the Diagnostics test in the device? The test can be found in Settings > System > About phone > Support. Do the tests for both the volume up and volume down buttons.

If you can't feel the vibrations when doing the test for the buttons, please try and restart your device in safe mode as @Strampke suggested, so we can make sure that a downloaded application isn't the cause of this as they are temporarily inactivated in safe mode.
