I was advised by my phone provider to transfer photos and videos to an SD card. I bought a new card and did the transfer. But now my gallery is showing black blank spaces instead of the images. I looked on the SD card and they aren't showing either (except for about 10 old ones). There were hundreds of images and videos. Please help me find out where they are. I am so upset. I thought this was to back them up but am scared they have been deleted or corrupted?

Hi there, thanks for the response.

I have connected the phone to my computer and looked at the storage. There is nothing on the phone and the SD card only shows about 15 photos, the rest are blank. If I double click to open them it says the file is damaged, corrupted or too large.

Does this mean they are all lost?
