WHEN i receive an Incoming call i have to run to my phone,because within 5 sec The ringing stops and i get a missed call message...Never had this issue before

Do you use Xperia Answering Machine? If so, what length do you have it set to? 13s is default I think...

Answering machine is of.....Voice mail is in though...But cant find The lenght ...

Possible that it is through your service provider settings. Have you checked there?

You know when you call your voicemail it gives you options? Check those out. If not your service provider or operator should be able to help.

There is also a possibility that SIM card is messed up a bit.

I would definitely get a new one and test. Can't hurt.

I'd do that, in case same SIM works in another phone. Just to narrow down the cause.

Hi @Yvonne68, sorry to hear about this!

As other users have already pointed out, it does sound like you will need to get in touch with your service provider/operator and ask them to edit the time before a call goes to the voicemail, I think I have around 30 seconds, which is plenty of time for me to be able to grab the phone and answer the call!
