Xperia X touch screen issues

Top part of my touch doesent work ?
i tried reseting it,factory reset,even companion!
But nothing helped !!!
The top of the scren doesent work ! Should i Bring it to the service that they try to reconnect and clean my Screen Cable ?

First, go to the support menu and test your screen if it's working in the testing menu. If its not, I think its time to visit your local Sony service.

Follow @BrolasBrolas's suggestion, also remove any protective film, glass or case and test the phone.
