Video recording issue - does anyone facing the problem?

Hello,

I'm writing with the issue here but I would like to know how and where to report the issue with recording. I have the issue from the very first day so none off repairing the software, none softwares updates and none of the warranty repair didn't help.

What is this about ? So in quiet environment there is so much noise in videos which is verry annoying - here is a link to short video recorded by default app to show what I'm talking about - Link to video - So the noise is like in factory but it's only my room where is totally quiet. Even worse things happen when I use external app - like instagram to record video - in instagram app sound in video making something like trrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr (farting sound) when I record in quiet environment. When I use messsenger app, the sound is ok. In other apps like cinema pro or even In DJI gimball app the issue is still present.

Does anyone have the same issue? Please chech it and help to report it directly to revelant department

hello @zielony28x

just to clarify you are using the in-device microphones right? this would be unwise if you are planning to produce a high quality sound. the built in microphones have an "auto gain" it means it will try to increase sensitivity when it doesn't detect any sound,

I suggest to have an external Microphone connected. or look for an app that will enable you to adjust microphone sensitivity manually
