Hi.

Can someone help? I'm unable to browse (use data) whilst in conversation. Is there a setting somewhere to fix this?

do you mean while you are in a call? if you have side sense activated, you can tap on the side to open 2:1 multi window. depending on the app you are using you can open 2 apps at the same time...

settings>display>advance>side sense,

Hello there, I believe if you're on a normal phone call through the SIM, you'd only be able to browse using WiFi.

Not like that on the Xperia 1 II.

I Im on a call to say my daughter, I can easily browse, and look at something shes mentioned online, using data at the same time.

This isn't the 90's you know! 😀

You could be right, but I don't know what device they have, it's just this wasn't an option in a lot of phones I owned.

If that's the case though, they may need to check your network mode in settings.
