    <description>&lt;P&gt;If either the SD or SIM card are old or have a defect, they would affect any device they're inserted to. check the phone without each one individually to isolate the root cause.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also try safe mode, it just leaves the preinstalled software and apps running, disabling anything downloaded, which lets you know if any of which is causing the issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;From your restart menu, press and hold on the "power off" until it asks if you'd like to restart in safe mode, you agree. give it a run using the phone and see what happens, if it's gone, then clean up the phone, delete the apps you don't need and maybe factory reset it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
