topic Xperia 5ii Charger Failure in 5 Series

Hi anyone had problems with the UCH-32 charger that comes with the phone? No lights /bleep on the phone when plugged in. Not a problem with the phone as charges ok from a standard USB to USB-C lead and charger. Might be the lead but the plugs are USB-C to USB-C so can't test it with a standard charger.

I'm afraid you'll have to find someone with an USB-C to USB-C lead.

My suggestion is to go to the nearest computer shop and explain your problem.

I'm shure they're willing to help you test ad sell you the necessary replacement.

On the other hand you can contact Sony support (using the Support app on your phone) after the diagnose and maybe they're willing to send you a replacement.

After all your device is less than a year old.

Yepp, @Strampke has got it right, in store trials would be your shot of determining which part has the fault, cable or lead. Otherwise you would need to contact either Sony or place of purchase, to check other options.
