How to complete setup?

I have this notify in task bar to "finish/complete setup". When i press this button to do so - nothing happens. When i doubleclick - notify disappear, nothing happens and notify comes back in 5 minutes. I don't know which setup i didn't finished. And i i really don't like to go through all the stuff from beginning again third time. Why this button doesn't leade to finish setup?

So first one how it looks usualy all the time, second one is when i press "continue" - it disappear without any popping-up-windows, and in while the notify will be back.

@MaxaP difficult to understand as its russian probably, but did you try a simple restart of your phone?

I suggest that you do a reset.

You haven't set it up completely so I guess it will do no harm to reset.

(Take care that you do sync with Google to be shure)

In settings find reset and go for it. (battery >80% charged)
