It may also be found on the box of the device, or if you are able to enter Settings &amp;gt; About phone &amp;gt; Status &amp;gt; Information about IMEI code inside your device before it crashes.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;However, if the System UI crashes, have you tried performing a &lt;A href="http://talk.sonymobile.com/t5/FAQ/How-to-perform-a-software-repair-with-Xperia-Companion/m-p/1103057#U1103057" target="_self"&gt;software repair using Xperia Companion&lt;/A&gt; in order to see if that resolves what you're experiencing?       <description>&lt;P&gt;my phone has crashed keeps saying ui as stopped working, have to send it back to sony, when i go onto repair it asks for my imei number cant turn my phone on to get it anyone have a solution please&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
