When I plug in the USB charger the led comes on and it says it's charging. It does charge, but extremely slow. I can't get it to 100% maximum I've had is 92%. I left it to charge overnight minimum of 7 hours and it went from 32% to only 88%. I have reset the phone and have been charging it all day and it has only went up a couple of %. What is the problem?
