Xperia Z1 power button reset settings

Firstly, I am unable to charge my Cellphone with its own USB cable either via usb port or power socket?

Secondly, A sim card tray was missing in it when i opened the phone at home. Some how i inserted my sim. How i should get sim card tray?

Thirdly, if i lock my xperia z1 via power button, cellphone setting resets and it doesnt lock too. Whenever i press power button, some logo & images of xperia Z1 starts up automatically. Mobile network starts automactially too thereafter?

Fourth, On sony website under my device category that WARRANTY valid till 04/10/2015 when i bought it today only 24 June 2015?

Help me out, what i should do?

Contact the seller regarding the missing SIM card, placing the Micro SIM card w/o it's tray could damage your phone and also, if the SIM card move it will reset the phone. Are you using a MICRO SIM card or did you cut/trimmed it?

I cut it myself and inserted sim somehow. I didn't know of sim card tray when i saw the video on you tube for "how to insert sim card in xperia z1". My phone reset its setting only every time when i put it on charging. However, Charger comes with this phone is not working also.

I'm sorry to say this but that's not a wise move, contact your local Xperia care as suggested by @Phy ASAP

I contacted sony service customer care. One major problem has resolved. Whenever i press button or trying to lock my device while charging, RETAIL DEMO starts automatically which we can turn off by dialing *#*#73556673#*#*.

For rest of the issue like charger, sim card slot tray and warranty has been taken care of by sony service center.
