According to our warranty information (can be found here) two defective pixels are deemed acceptable but if you want to get this examined more closely you should get your phone examined at one of our authorised service centers.

Yesterday I noticed a black pixel on my Z3 compact screen and when I tested display through service menu I realized that my green sub pixel is not responding and while display is showing green color it stay's black. There is no problem with red or blue color.

I don't know if it's a dead or stuck pixel and what should I do with it.Can I use warranty for this?
