Months , reset button not working

Tried all the tips. Still no updates yet internet is full of this problem. Cannot restart..or screen vapture. The button doesnt work. If issue not resolved in weeks ,i will leave sony as this is deplorably low and very bad. My phone also has no updates received anymore??!

You have a hardware issue which has to be addressed by your local Xperia care, as for updates which android version and build number do you have?
