Hi, I am having trouble transferring pictures or videos from Sony Rx100M7 or Rx100M6 to iphone or even Ipad, I have used this method for over 5 years. Why has it stopped working

Transferring pictures from RX m7, actually I have sold the camera and bought the Sony 6700 which is using the Creators App, with help from the Wex camera shop in Birmingham it works

now.
