Hi segin0 and welcome.

You are using the wrong model number - I think PCG4V1M is the chassis code which is shared by many Vaio netbook computers.

Look on the screen surround or in Vaio Control Centre for the correct Vaio model - it will be something like VPCW12S1E and for this particular model, you will find the drivers and software downloads here: -
