Does Sony support in the UK operate outside Monday to Friday: 09:00 - 18:00 ?

Some of us are actaully working during these hours and cannot be at home with the 'faulty' sony equipment!

I already have requested assistance here.

I was hoping that a Sony support person would be available during my free hours.

The issue I have relates to a Sony Soundbox and I have recd advice from forum contributors.
