Kudos button

Dear All.

when trying to give someone kudos for a picture they has posted in the gallery, I have difficulty.

Now, I am sure some will tell me to go the a help section where kudos is mentioned. In this section, it tells me to go into the picture and click the kudos button. I do that, but what does that button look like? If I do click a heart shaped symbol with a number beside it, it adds my click to it. However, when I then go back to that particular picture in the gallery, a kudos seems to have been added. But it is in RED. What have I done wrong?

Hi there, you haven't done anything wrong here. Once you click on the heart - or kudos button - it turns red to show that it has been activated, so all is good. Regards, Pete.

Thanks Pete. I thought the red mark was some sort of dislike icon. However, does it mention turning red on the site? Maybe I missed it.
