Sony WH-XB900N connection problems !?

Hey,

Just started using my new headphones, sound is incredible, but the connections keeps going!? They make a ‘***** sound’, connections goes, then comes back. This happens when playing music and calls. It’s really annoying. I’ve tried resetting and repairing.

Does anybody have any suggestions!?

Do you have the latest software version installed on them? Have you tried using a different device with them or a different headset with the same device?

Thanks for your reply. I’ve now tried the headphones with my Mac and it seems to work fine. Issue seems to be when using iPhone, which is when I’ll always be using the headphones. All software is up to date. And this hasn’t happened with previous headphones when using my iPhone. Very frustrating. May have to take them back.
