I have just purchased these headphones and they paired perfectly with both my iPhone and iPad. The sound quality with music playback is great, but when watching a movie through the Apple TV app, the quality is poor and the sound is so quiet, it is barely audible when on a plane. The same movie sound is loud and perfect with apple’s wired headset, so there seems to be an interface issue with IOS. How can I resolve this. The main reason I bought them was for watching movies on planes so I feel a little cheated.

So the only way you can have this issue is when using the Apple TV app?

It seems like the issue is caused by the app itself since music is fine, but it never hurts to make sure it's up to date and same for your iPhone/iPad and the headphones.

Did you ever resolve this issue?... Sound on my 1000xm3 is so quiet u can hardly hear anything... on every device i try thrm on
