&lt;P&gt;How long have you had them? &lt;P&gt;Have you tried them with anything else like a mobile phone, mp3 player or tablet etc. just to double check they are faulty?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sir`s&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; When i purchased my Sony Television it came with a set of Wireless Head Phones and the problem i have is when i have fully charged then and go to use then all i get is a hissing sound and therefore iam unable to use them. I would to enquire if i take them to a branch of Sony in Bristol will i be charged for any repair or will thay be replaiced free of charge.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Regards Mr Stephen Finch.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
