Wireless Head Phones

When i purchased my Sony Television it came with a set of Wireless Head Phones and the problem i have is when i have fully charged then and go to use then all i get is a hissing sound and therefore iam unable to use them. I would to enquire if i take them to a branch of Sony in Bristol will i be charged for any repair or will thay be replaiced free of charge.

Hi steve1519 and welcome to the Community.

How long have you had them? If they are faulty and in warranty then they should replace them free of charge.

Have you tried them with anything else like a mobile phone, mp3 player or tablet etc. just to double check they are faulty?
