Having purchased this item for the long battery life supposedly 45 hours of playback time with an improved battery life. Spend less time charging so on and so forth.....

Why am I lucky to get 10 hours of continuous music playback from a full charge.

Playback Settings - I keep my screen ON

Output Settings - AVLS OFF

Sound Setting - Clear Audio+ OFF All other sound settings OFF

Bluetooth - OFF

NFC - OFF

Any advice, so I don't return it?

Hi @TheOriginalDuffer,

I think keeping the screen on could be causing the shorter battery life (see the notes at the bottom of this page in the Help Guide) - have you tried turning this off to see what difference it makes?
