ICD-PX333 - full memory - no files

Hi All,

I'm having problems with my recorder ICD-PX333 which doesn't have any files but shows full memory and I'm not able to record any more. Any suggestions? I've try everything but unfortunately nothing has worked.

Could someone give me a hand and help me with it?

Hi @flaviaporto,

I have the ICD-PX312 and never had this issue occur to me.

Do you use the recorders internal memory, or do you use a memory card for storage?

Does the device not show any audio files or did you connect it to a PC/MAC and it is empty?

Hi Nic,

Thank you for your email. The record is empty, no files at all, but still shows full memory. I delete the files as soon I've finished my records.

I've tried to format the memory but didn't work either.

Any suggestions?
