Operation range

Hi all,

I am having a problem with my headset because if I move around a metre max from my Bluetooth device my headset music starts to jump or stop all together despite my product (QW-07) model being able to operate from a 10 metre range!

It seems obvious to me that there is a technical issue but if it's not, why on the side of my box does it say "10m operation range"?
